    Why do we use magnesium in the mineralogical composition? Why in its Bisglycinate form?

    To improve its bioavailability, and thus our ability to absorb minerals in this chemical form. Magnesium Bisglycinate is especially useful because it is a form of magnesium that is chelated (or bound), which allows the magnesium to move more efficiently through the digestive tract and arrive intact at its optimal point of absorption, thus giving better results.     When will I start to notice its effects?

    If I take Chill Mood, will I have a hard time getting up in the morning and/or will I feel tired?

    How do I know if I should take this product?

    Can all the capsules be taken at once?

    Yes, but ideally at least 1 hour before bedtime. Although we advise to take progressively from the afternoon onwards. Let's take an example; if we go to sleep at 11:30 at night we can take the first two capsules at 09:30, another capsule at 10:00 and the last two at 10:30. We could take the 5 capsules in this way or a smaller amount if you feel that it is enough for you.

    Ya hace más de 6 meses que que tomo chill mood, y se ha convertido en una costumbre tomarlo entre las 17:30 h o 18:00 h
    Ya es parte de mi ritual de autocuidado, para poder descansar mejor junto con el triple magnesio.

    Después de un mes tomando chill mood (combinado con triple mg), puedo confirmar que hace maravillas en el descanso natural y ayuda a modular ritmos circadianos.

    Pero claro, no hay milagros. Si a la fórmula de estos maravillosos y bien pensados suplementos, no añades buenos hábitos, olvídate. El responsable de que funcione, al final, eres tú :)
